The third release of the "Section 321 – Does Not Exceed $800 in Aggregated Shipments" capability changed from "no sooner than" Feb. 18, on the January edition of the schedule, to "TBD" on February's schedule.
However, CBP has kept April as the target deployment deadline for an enhancement that automates the removal and restoration of Entry Type 86 test participants.
CBP also indefinitely postponed an enhancement that would replace the Trade Export Data universe with the Automated Export System data universe in ACE Reports. The target deployment date for this enhancement is now TBD, after having been given a target deployment date of Jan. 23 on the January schedule.
Other indefinite postponements include two enhancements addressing Russian sanctions. These two enhancements were given an April target deployment date on January's schedule. One enhancement would implement the collection of new data elements to enable targeting of merchandise subject to sanctions on Russian diamonds and seafood, in support of Executive Order 14114; the other enhancement, relatedly, would enable the non-ABI collection of new required data elements for merchandise subject to sanctions on Russian diamonds and seafood, in support of Executive Order 14114 (see 2410210030).
One other change appearing on the February schedule is extending the target deployment deadline from sometime during March to April 5 for implementing an enhancement that creates a new record type in the ACE Court Case Module to create administrative records for Enforce and Protect Act and forced labor cases brought to the Court of International Trade.
