United States, challenging the alleged negligence of Shunny Corp., doing business as Sampac Enterprises, in failing to pay duties on its health food and dietary supplement materials from China. # 25-00039. Filed Feb. 3.

Mirror Metals, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its steel entries qualify for exclusions from Section 232 steel and aluminum tariffs. # 25-00040. Filed Feb. 4.

CTI Door Components, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its articles of wood were assessed improper antidumping and countervailing duty rates. # 25-00041. Filed Feb. 4.

The Siam Industrial Wire Co., Ltd., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its steel wire strand was incorrectly assessed the 12.91% all-others antidumping duty rate, given that the Commerce Department calculated the AD rate for the company at 1.98%. # 25-00042. Filed Feb. 5.

Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Feb. 3-9:

Nucor Corp., appealing a CIT decision rejecting the Commerce Department's decision to countervail three debt-to-equity restructurings in the 2019 administrative review of the countervailing duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from South Korea. # 25-1411. Opened Feb. 4.
