Southern Motion, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its electric DC rotors of an output exceeding 37.5W but not exceeding 74.6W, classified under Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8501.31.2000, dutiable at 2.8%, and secondary subheading 9903.88.01, with a 25% Section 301 duty, should have a country of origin of Vietnam and not China. #s 25-00033, -00034. Indonesian Fishery Producers Processing and Marketing Association, challenging the International Trade Commission's final affirmative injury determination on frozen warmwater shrimp from Indonesia, Ecuador, India and Vietnam. # 25-00035. Filed Jan. 27.
