The U.S. already hiked tariffs on nearly all Russian goods to 35%, 70% or 200% in 2023 (see 2302240006). According to Census Bureau data, the U.S. imported about $2.9 billion worth of goods from Russia in the first 11 months of 2024, down from $14.4 billion in 2022 and $29.6 billion in 2021.
