The Coalition of American Chassis Manufacturers had requested the administrative review cover four exporters -- CIMC Vehicles (Group) Co., Ltd.; Dongguan CIMC Vehicles Co., Ltd.; Qingdao CIMC Special Vehicles Co., Ltd; and SinoTrailers. Commerce will instruct CBP to assess AD on all appropriate entries, at rates equal to the cash deposit of estimated AD required at the time of entry, or withdrawal from warehouse, for consumption, it said.
