- ACE Production Deployment Update for the FDA Changes Related to Intended Use Codes: Changes associated with the FDA Supplemental Guide (SG) (Draft Version 2.5.12 – updated Dec. 26, 2024) will be deployed to the CBP Automated Commercial Environment PRODUCTION environment on Feb. 1 (see 2412310002) and 2412180056). Users may get a warning if they don't follow the changes. On March 1, related FDA rules will generate a reject to trade following another deployment to the ACE PRODUCTION environment (here).
- There will be an ACE Production standard invasive maintenance from 10:00 p.m. EST on Saturday, Jan. 11, to 4:00 a.m. EST on Sunday, Jan. 12 (here).
- CBP is aware that summaries with HTS numbers 85423100, 85412900, 85412100, and 85411000 are not currently accepting transmissions when paired with allowable Section 301 Trade Remedy HTS combinations. The system is incorrectly triggering Error 771 – “Trff Adjustmnt HTS or Exclsn Missing” and Error 613 “HTS Relationship/Sequence Mismatch.” The issue is being investigated with a fix anticipated Jan. 11.
