CBP issued the following releases on commercial trade and related matters:

- Correction to a previous cargo systems message about the federal holiday on Jan. 9 (see 2501020046): Entry summaries already designated on Statement for Jan. 9 prior to the announcement of the holiday will still print on Thursday, Jan. 9. For those entry summaries not yet on statement and will be, use statement print date of Jan. 10. For the statements created on Jan. 9, the trade can authorize payment on Jan. 9 or later. Regular Daily Statement Finals will transmit on Wednesday, Jan. 15 morning due to the holiday. Filers can present or pay on Friday, Jan. 10 without penalty. Attempts to place a summary on statement 01/09/2025 will receive error code 204 (Prelim Stmt Date is Sat, Sun, or Hol) (here).
- The ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update (v99) has been updated with two changes for the 54-record, Type 07 (Aluminum Smelt and Cast Country Detail) (here).
- Trade testing of an electronic Superfund Certification Indicator is available now in the CERTIFICATION environment. The electronic Superfund Certification Indicator will allow the trade to electronically certify Drawback Superfund Refunds. Effective on Jan. 21, CBP will deploy an electronic Superfund Certification Indicator in ACE (here).
- The ACE Biweekly Trade call scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 9, is canceled, as that day has been designated a federal holiday in honor of President Jimmy Carter’s funeral service. The next scheduled ACE Biweekly Trade call is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 23 (here).
- Quota Bulletin QB 25-101 2025 Israel FTA has been published on CBP's website (here).
