Morocco Phosphate Fertilizers: Amended Final Results of CVD Admin Review
The Commerce Department is amending the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on phosphate fertilizers from Morocco (C-714-001), published Nov. 12, to correct a ministerial error that affected the duty rate calculations for the only company under review in those final results. The new rate will be used to set final assessments of CVD on importers for entries between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2022.

The amended final CVD rate for OCP S.A., and six affiliate companies, is 16.6%. The agency originally calculated a CVD rate of 16.81% in the final results, slightly higher than the rate calculated in the preliminary results, i.e., 14.21%.
These amended final results will be used to set final assessments of CVD on importers for subject merchandise entered during the period of review Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022. A new 16.6% CVD cash deposit rate for OCP is effective Dec. 26, the date these final results are to be published in the Federal Register.
The following companies are cross-owned with OCP S.A.: Nutricrops S.A.; Jorf Fertilizers Company I; Jorf Fertilizers Company II; Jorf Fertilizers Company III; Jorf Fertilizers Company IV; and Jorf Fertilizers Company V.
