China Activated Carbon: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department is amending the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on activated carbon from China (A-570-904), published Nov. 25, to correct a ministerial error that affected the duty rate calculations for some companies under review in those final results. The new rates will be used to set final assessments of AD on importers for entries between April 1, 2022, and March 31, 2023.

The amended final AD rates for the two mandatory respondents also affected the review average rate for companies not individually examined. The amended rates are as follows:

These amended final results will be used to set final assessments of AD on importers for subject merchandise entered during the period of review April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023. New AD cash deposit rates equal to the AD rate for the companies listed above are effective Dec. 26, the date these final results are to be published in the Federal Register.
Commerce will instruct CBP to liquidate entries during the period from Jilin and Ningxia at importer-specific rates. Entries from the other exporters covered by this review will be liquidated at the rates listed above.
