Optimum is seeking a general exclusion order and cease and desist orders against four Chinese companies, complaining of their "unfair methods of competition and unfair acts in the unlawful importation into the United States, sale for importation, and/or sale within the United States after importation of certain network equipment supporting NETCONF standards."
