Struxtur, Inc. and Evolutions Flooring, Inc., challenging a September CIT decision sustaining the Commerce Department's use of a simple average of the mandatory respondents' rates in the 2016-17 review of the antidumping duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China to set the non-selected respondents' rate. # 25-1232.
