India Organic Soybean Meal: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on organic soybean meal from India (A-533-901). Commerce continued its preliminary finding that the only company remaining under review -- Shanti Worldwide -- had an AD rate of 18.8% during the period of review, Nov. 2, 2021, through April 30, 2023.

Shanti's AD cash deposit rate will be 18.8%, effective Dec. 9, the date the final results are to be published in the Federal Register, and AD will be assessed at importer-specific rates for entries of subject merchandise from Shanti during the review period.
Commerce said it continued to find, as it did in its preliminary determination, that Shri Sumati Industries Pvt. Ltd. had no reviewable entries during the review period, so it rescinded the review for this company. Commerce will instruct CBP to assess AD on all appropriate entries from Sumati at a rate equal to the cash deposit of estimated antidumping duties required at the time of entry, or withdrawal from warehouse, for consumption, during the review period.
For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except Shanti Worldwide), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 3.07% applies.
