Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V. and Deacero USA, Inc., challenging Commerce's circumvention inquiry of the antidumping duty order on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Mexico, concerning high carbon steel wire from Mexico. # 24-00212. Filed Nov. 27.

Takaokaya USA, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its dried nori seaweed of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 2008.99.9190, dutiable at 6%, should be classified under subheading 1212.21.00, free of duty. # 24-00213. Filed Nov. 27.
