  • RESOLVED: ACE Air Entry Type 86 and Ocean Manifest Delayed Outbound Notifications, announced 8:30 a.m. EST on Dec. 3 (here)
  • CBP continues to monitor the delays for ACE In-Bond, Air Entry Type 86, ACE Air Manifest and Ocean Manifest Delayed Outbound Notifications, as of 12:13 p.m. EST on Dec. 3 and will announce when they've cleared (here)
  • UPDATE: ACE Reports: Mandatory prompt for company ACE ID – Next universes to be affected Dec. 4: CBP is beginning to require trade community users to identify the subject company whenever a report is run or scheduled in ACE Reports. This change will allow CBP to eliminate a data security vulnerability for all users and improve functionality for users with access to more than one account. All existing scheduled reports will need to be updated after this change has taken effect, or the scheduled reports will fail. The following universes will roll out on Dec. 4: (1) Automated Export System (AES); (2) Cargo Release; (3) Entry Summary (here)
  • CBP's Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism Program opened its Laredo field office in Texas on Nov. 1, according to an announcement. The office is the seventh such office in the nation and "a vital Southwest Border-based link for facilitating lawful trade while ensuring trusted traders take effective measures to secure the supply chain," CBP said.
