Italy Pasta: Final Results of CVD Admin Review

The Commerce Department has published the final results of the countervailing duty administrative review on pasta from Italy (C-475-819). Rates set in these final results will be used for final assessments of CVD on importers for subject merchandise entered in calendar year 2022.

Commerce said that based on comments received after the preliminary results were published, a new rate was calculated for one of the respondents, Sgambaro SpA. That rate was reduced to 2.29%, from 2.37% in the preliminary results.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Nov. 29

New cash deposit rates take effect for subject merchandise produced or exported by the companies under review, entered on or after Nov. 29, the date the final results were published in the Federal Register. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned a CVD rate will get the all-others rate. The new rates are as follows:
