For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the three listed below), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 2.22% applies.

Commerce is rescinding the review for PT Champion Mattress Indonesia Manufacturing because it withdrew its request for review. The review is rescinded for another 29 companies for which a review was requested but that had no reviewable, suspended entries during the review period. The list of 30 total companies removed from the review appears in Appendix II.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Nov. 19

For entries on or after Nov. 19, the date the results were published in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for three companies, as follows:

ExporterAD Rate
PT Ecos Jaya Indonesia/PT Grantec Jaya Indonesia30.32%
PT Zinus Global Indonesiazero
PT Graha Seribusatujaya30.32%

Average Rate. Commerce didn't individually investigate PT Graha Seribusatujaya, but instead assigned it an average of the rates it calculated for the two companies it did individually investigate.

Assessment Rates for Entries May 2022 - April 2023

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD on importers of subject merchandise for entries May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023. For entries from Ecos/Grantec, Commerce will assess AD on entries during that period at importer-specific rates. Zinus entries will be liquidated without regard to AD. Commerce will assess AD at the rates listed above for subject merchandise entered during that period from the other company subject to this review.

(The review period is 05/01/22 - 04/30/23. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2406040037 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
