According to the complaint, Optimum is seeking a general exclusion order, a limited exclusion order, and cease and desist orders against Chinese companies Tongruida Information Technology, Ella Optoelectronic Technology Hebei, Zhengzhou Qiongzhi Ceyu Network Technology, and Beijing Morriss Technology, barring "network switching and routing equipment supporting" BIER from entry.
