China Mobile Access Equipment: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has published the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on certain mobile access equipment from China (A-570-139). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD on the one review respondent importer for subject merchandise entered April 13, 2022, through March 31, 2023.

Commerce said that, after receiving comments on the published preliminary results of the review, it made changes to the way it calculated the margin, resulting in the AD rate increasing for the lone respondent, Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co., Ltd., in the final results. The preliminary AD rate was 9.33%.
New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Nov. 8
For entries on or after Nov. 8, the date these results were published in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD cash deposit rates for the following separate-rate company:

For previously investigated or reviewed Chinese and non-Chinese exporters of subject merchandise for which a review was not requested and that received a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the cash deposit rate published for the most recently completed period. For all Chinese exporters of subject merchandise that have not been given a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be 165.14%, the China-wide entity rate. For all non-Chinese exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the Chinese exporter that supplied that non-Chinese exporter.
Assessment Rates for Entries April 13, 2022 - March 2023
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between April 13, 2022, and March 31, 2023. Entries from Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co., Ltd. will be assessed AD at importer-specific rates.
