- FDA scheduled upgrade, Nov. 14 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. Nov. 15 EST. Prior Notice System Interface (PNSI) application may be unavailable during the time frame, when CBP will be launching an enhanced PNSI. (here)
- The Department of Homeland Security places new additions of textile companies to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List (see 2410310035): The Entity List will now restrict goods from 78 China-based companies from entering the U.S. (here).
