Canada Large Diameter Welded Pipe: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on large diameter welded pipe from Canada (A-122-863). These final results will be used to set final assessments of antidumping duties on importers for subject merchandise entered May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023. Changes to cash deposit rates take effect Oct. 31, the date these final results were published in the Federal Register.

There was no change to the rate calculated in the preliminary results. The final AD rate for the one mandatory respondent and its affiliates is as follows:

Commerce will assess AD at that 50.89% rate for entries from Pipe & Piling Supplies and its affiliates during the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023.
For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except Pipe & Piling Supplies and its affiliates), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate, but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all others rate of 12.32% applies.
