Belgium Stainless Steel Plate: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has published the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium (A-423-808). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for entries May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Oct. 31
For entries on or after Oct. 31, the date the final results were published in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting a new AD duty cash deposit rate for one exporter of stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the all others rate of 9.86%. The new rate is as follows:

Assessment Rates For Entries May 2022 - April 2023
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between May 1, 2022, and April 30, 2023. Commerce will calculate a specific AD rate for each importer of subject merchandise from Aperam.
