CW Imports LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its shuttering equipment of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 7326.90.8688, 7318.19.0000, 7307.19.9080, 8302.41.6080 or 7318.15.8069, dutiable at 2.9% to 8.5%, and secondary subheading 9903.88.03, which carries a 25% Section 301 duty, should be classified under subheadings 7308.40.0000 or 7326.90.8688, free of duty and 2.5%, and secondary subheading 9903.88.03. # 24-00187.
