South Korea CTL Plate: Final Results of AD/CVD Admin Reviews
The Commerce Department published the final results of the antidumping and countervailing duty administrative reviews on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products from South Korea (A-580-836/C-580-837). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD for subject merchandise for the companies under review entered Feb. 1, 2022, through Jan. 31, 2023, and CVD for entries Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022.

For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the companies listed below), cash deposit rates will remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. For companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 0.98% applies.
New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Sept. 11
For entries on or after Sept. 11, the date of publication of the final results of each review in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by the following companies:

Commerce also is setting new CVD cash deposit requirements for subject merchandise entered on or after Sept. 11 that was produced or exported by the following companies:

Assessment Rates for Entries in February 2022-January 2023, Jan.-Dec. 2022
Subject merchandise exported by Hyundai Steel and Dongkuk Steel during the period Feb. 1, 2022, through Jan. 31, 2023, will be liquidated without regard to AD. Commerce will use the rates listed above to set CVD assessments for the two exporters under review for entries in calendar year 2022.
