ITC said in a notice Aug. 22. In a Section 337 complaint (ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-1413) filed in July (see 2407230023), Skyworks said KCT and its affiliate Grand Chip Labs are making unauthorized and unlicensed copies of its patented wireless front-end modules, including the KCT FEMs under the names KCT8539S and KCT8547HE, which are then being incorporated into downstream routers from D-Link Systems and Ruijie Networks. The ITC also will consider cease and desist orders against KCT, D-Link and Ruijie.
