Commerce said it is rescinding the review with respect to three companies that had no entries of subject merchandise during the review period: Diler Dış Ticaret A.Ş.; Ekinciler Demir ve Celik Sanayi A.S.; and Habas Sinai ve Tibbi Gazlar Istihsal Endustrisi A.S.

Commerce has ordered liquidation “as entered” at the cash deposit rate in effect at the time of entry for subject merchandise from exporters for which a review was not requested or a review request was subsequently withdrawn (ADCVDWeb Message # 3292407).

Cash Deposit Requirements

Once Commerce issues its final results, new AD duty cash deposit requirements may take effect for some companies, beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following AD duty cash deposit rates:

Assessment Rates

If these preliminary results are confirmed in the final results, importers of subject merchandise exported by Colakoglu during the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023, will be assessed AD at importer-specific rates. Subject merchandise exported by Icdas Celik will be liquidated without regard to AD. And subject merchandise from Kaptan will be assessed AD at the rate listed above.
