China R-125: Final Results of AD Admin Review

The Commerce Department has released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on pentafluoroethane (R-125) from China (A-570-137). These final results will be used to set final assessments of antidumping duties on importers for subject merchandise entered Aug. 17, 2021, through Feb. 28, 2023.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Aug. 14

For entries on or after Aug. 14, the date the final results are to be published in the Federal Register, Commerce set new AD cash deposit rates for the following companies:

Assessment Rates for Entries Aug. 17, 2021 - February 2023

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD on importers of subject merchandise for entries Aug. 17, 2021, through Feb. 28, 2023. Commerce will liquidate entries during that period from the Sanmei and Yonghe companies at importer-specific rates.
