Commerce received timely filed requests for withdrawal from review for five companies -- Ester Industries Ltd.; Polyplex Corporation, Ltd.; SRF Limited of India; Vacmet India Limited; and Chiripal Poly Films Limited -- so Commerce is rescinding the review with respect to those five companies.
There is one other company for which the review is rescinded, because it had no suspended, reviewable entries during the review period: Cosmo First Ltd.
Cash Deposit Requirements
For companies that remain subject to review, new CV duty cash deposit requirements may take effect beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following CV duty cash deposit rates:
Producer/Exporter | CV Rate (Prelim) |
---|---|
Garware Polyester Ltd. | 4.96% |
Jindal Poly Films Limited | 104.18% |
For all producers and exporters not under review, CBP will continue to collect cash deposits of estimated countervailing duties at the most recent company-specific or all-others rate applicable to the company, as appropriate.
(The period of review is 01/01/22 - 12/31/22. See the notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
