Cash Deposit Requirements
Once Commerce issues its final results, new AD duty cash deposit requirements may take effect for the three companies under review, beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following AD duty cash deposit rates:
Exporter | AD Rate (Prelim) |
---|---|
COFCO Biochemical (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (COFCO) | zero |
Sunshine Biotech International Co., Ltd. | zero |
Xitrical Group Co., Ltd. | zero |
Assessment Rates
If these preliminary results are confirmed in the final results, importers of subject merchandise exported by COFCO, Sunshine and Xitrical during the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023, won't be assessed AD.
(The period of review is 07/01/22 - 06/30/23. See the notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
