26 complaint said Innoscience is incorporating Infineon’s patented gallium nitride (GaN) technology into its power transistors and circuit products, including GaN-on-Si semiconductor devices, GaN Field Effect Transistors (FETs) and GaN high electron mobility transistors, as well as downstream chips and that incorporate the transistors and circuits. Infineon seeks a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order banning import and sale of infringing products from Innoscience.
