Based on comments received after the preliminary results of this review were published, Commerce made a slight change to a calculation, and the resulting rate for mandatory respondent ULMA Forja is slightly less than in the preliminary results.
For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except ULMA Forja), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all others rate of 18.81% applies.
New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect July 29
For entries on or after July 29, the publication date of these final results in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for subject merchandise produced or exported by the one mandatory respondent company, ULMA Forja, as follows:
Exporter | AD Rate |
---|---|
ULMA Forja, S.Coop | 1.89% |
Assessment Rates for Entries June 2022 - May 2023
Commerce is using the rate it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of antidumping duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023. Commerce will assess AD on ULMA Forja at importer-specific rates.
(The review period is 06/01/22 - 05/31/23. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2405100044 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
