Only the three exporters for which an administrative review was requested are covered by this review. Cash deposit rates for all other exporters will not change. Commerce ordered liquidation “as entered” for entries during the period of review from all exporters not under review, in a message to CBP (ADCVDWeb Message # 3258405).
Cash Deposit Requirements
Once Commerce issues its final results, new AD duty cash deposit requirements may take effect for some companies, beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following AD duty cash deposit rates:
Exporter | AD Rate (Prelim) |
---|---|
Ercros S.A. | zero |
Electroquimica de Hernani, S.A. | zero |
Industrias Quimicas Tamar S.L. | zero |
Assessment Rates
As part of this administrative review, Commerce will also calculate the AD it will assess on importers for entries of subject merchandise entered between June 1, 2022, and May 31, 2023. If these preliminary results are confirmed in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from Ercros wouldn't be assessed AD, and imports from the other two companies under review would be given the same no-AD treatment.
(The period of review is 06/01/22 - 05/31/23. See notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
