After withdrawing a similar complaint it had filed May 23 (see 2406030068), Milwaukee Tool and Keter said in their new complaint that Klein Tools’ Modbox line of modular containers rely on the patented technology used in Milwaukee Tools’ Packout modular storage products. Milwaukee Tool and Keter seek a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order against Klein Tools.
