Commerce said it's rescinding the review for 10 companies (see the complete list in the notice's Appendix II) for which a review was requested because there was no data to indicate they had any suspended entries of the subject merchandise during the period of review.
Commerce has ordered liquidation “as entered” for entries during the period of review from all exporters for which a review was not requested (ADCVDWeb Message # 3228412).
Cash Deposit Requirements
For companies that remain subject to review, new CV duty cash deposit requirements may take effect beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register, currently scheduled for October. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following CV duty cash deposit rates:
Company | CVD Rate (Prelim) |
---|---|
Çimtaş Boru Imalatari Ticaret Ltd. | 2.18% |
HDM Çelik Boru Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. | 6.31% |
No shipments. For the 10 companies without subject shipments during the review period, for which Commerce is rescinding the review, Commerce said their cash deposit rates will not change in this review. Any entries under their case numbers between Jan. 1, 2022, and Dec. 31, 2022, will be assessed CV duties at the “all others” rate or the most recent company-specific rate applicable to the company, as appropriate.
(The period of review is 01/01/22 - 12/31/22. See the notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
