China Narrow Woven Ribbons: Prelim Results of CVD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has released the preliminary results of its countervailing duty administrative review on narrow woven ribbons from China (C-570-953). Changes to cash deposit rates set by this review would take effect beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. The final results of this review will also be used to set importer assessments for entries from the companies under review during calendar year 2022.

Because the requests for review for 136 companies were withdrawn, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review with respect to the companies, which are listed in Appendix II of Commerce's notice.
For all 2022 entries of subject merchandise exported by all other Chinese companies, Commerce has ordered liquidation “as entered” for entries during the period of review from all exporters for which a review was not requested (ADCVDWeb Message # 3355417).

For the companies for which the review is rescinded, Commerce will instruct CBP to assess countervailing duties on all appropriate entries at a rate equal to the cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties required at the time of entry, or withdrawal from warehouse, for consumption, during the period Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022.
