New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect June 5

For entries on or after June 5, the date these results were published in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new AD cash deposit rates for the following companies:

Producer/ExporterAD Rate
Hyundai Steel Company0.85%
Husteel Co., Ltd.0.65%
Companies Not Individually Examined (21 companies*)0.75%

* Non-individually examined companies are listed in Appendix II of the notice.

For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the companies listed above), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the "all others" rate of 4.8% applies.

Assessment Rates for Entries November 2021 - October 2022

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Nov. 1, 2021, and Oct. 31, 2022. For entries from Husteel and Hyundai, Commerce will calculate importer-specific rates, and the agency will assess AD duties on entries from the other companies under review at the rates listed above.

(The review period is 11/01/21 - 10/31/22. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2312060058 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
