Commerce said it made a preliminary determination to rescind the review for Shri Sumati Industries Pvt. Ltd., since it had no reviewable entries during the review period. An additional 35 companies (see the notice, the second appendix, which is labeled Appendix I, for the list of companies) also will be dropped from this review because their requests for review were withdrawn.
Only exporters of subject merchandise for which an administrative review was requested are covered by this review. Cash deposit rates for all other exporters will not change. Commerce already has ordered liquidation as entered, at the cash deposit rate in effect at the time of entry, for entries during the period of review from all exporters not under review, in a message to CBP (ADCVDWeb Message # 3234410).
(The period of review is 11/02/21 - 04/30/23. See notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
