Changes to CIT Fee Schedule to Take Effect May 1
Changes to the Court of International Trade's fees and "Listing of Judges of the Court" were made March 20 and will become effective May 1, the court announced. The judges listings were amended to add new appointees Lisa Wang and Joseph Laroski.

The fee schedule was altered to raise the fee for filing an appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from $505 to $605. The court added a fee for a "certificate of good standing," setting the price at $21.
The court also raised fees for "miscellaneous services," including for "filing or indexing any paper not in a case or proceeding for which a case filing fee has been paid," increased to $52; for "certification of any document or paper," raised to $12; for "every search of the records of the court for each case searched," raised to $34; for "exemplification of any document," raised to $24; for "reproducing any record," raised to $33; and for "reproduction of recordings," raised to $34.
