Nature's Touch Frozen Foods, LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its frozen berry mixtures of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 0811.80.8085 and 0811.90.8095, dutiable at 14.5%, should be classified under HTS subheading 0811.90.20, free of duty, and as USMCA-originating under subheading 2106.90.99. # 24-00054.
