The new 216.01% AD cash deposit rate for the VidaXL takes effect Feb. 6, the date the final results were published in the Federal Register. Commerce will direct CBP to assess antidumping duties on importers of subject merchandise from VidaXL at that 216.01% rate for entries in calendar year 2022.

For any other exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all exporters of subject merchandise except VidaXL), cash deposit rates will remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. For companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the China-wide rate of 216.01% applies.

(The review period is 01/01/22 - 12/31/22. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2310050045 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
