China Walk-Behind Mowers: Final Results of CVD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has published the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on certain walk-behind lawn mowers and parts thereof from China (C-570-130). The agency calculated a new CVD cash deposit rate for Ningbo Daye Garden Machinery Co., Ltd., the only company under review. These final results will be used to set final assessments of CVD on importers for entries Oct. 30, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021.

New Cash Deposit Rates Effective Feb. 6
New CV duty cash deposit rate for Ningbo Daye, and its cross-owned affiliates, are effective Feb. 6, the date these final results were published in the Federal Register. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will keep their most recently assigned cash deposit rates, and companies that have never been assigned a CVD rate will get the all-others rate, i.e., 15.95%. The new rates, which will also apply for importer assessment purposes, are as follows:
