Commerce said that based on comments received after the preliminary results were published, new rates were calculated. There is a significant rate increase for the mandatory respondent, Pastificio Gentile S.r.l., and a slight reduction for the one non-selected company, Sgambaro SpA. -- both companies were preliminarily assigned a rate of 1.79%.
New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Jan. 18
New cash deposit rates take effect for subject merchandise produced or exported by the companies under review, entered on or after Jan. 18. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned a CV rate will get the all-others rate. The new rates are as follows:
Company | CVD Rate |
---|---|
Pastificio Gentile S.R.L. | 88.67% |
Sgambaro SpA | 1.18% |
