South Korea OCTG: Commerce Corrects Earlier Amended Final Results of AD Admin Review

The Commerce Department is correcting its recently amended final results (see 2312260040) of the antidumping duty administrative review on certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from South Korea (A-580-870), covering the period Sept. 1, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020.

The amended rates for four companies are still the same as published Dec. 27, 2023, but Commerce said it should have said that none of the companies has a superseding cash deposit rate, i.e., there haven't been final results published in a subsequent administrative review. Therefore, Commerce will issue revised cash deposit instructions to CBP.

All new rates were applicable Dec. 18, 2023, as follows:
