Commerce has ordered liquidation as entered, at the cash deposit rate in effect at the time of entry, for entries during the period of review from all exporters not under review (i.e., all except the five listed as remaining under review in Commerce's notice) (ADCVDWeb Message # 3068427).
Cash Deposit Requirements
Once Commerce issues its final results, new AD duty cash deposit requirements may take effect for some companies, beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following AD duty cash deposit rates:
Exporter | AD Rate (Prelim) |
---|---|
Conares Metal Supply Limited | 0.96% |
Universal Tube and Plastic Industries, Ltd / THL Tube and Pipe Industries LLC / KHK Scaffolding and Framework LLC | 1.09% |
Ajmal Steel Tubes & Pipes Ind. L.L.C. | 1.06% |
K.D. Industries Inc. | 1.06% |
TSI Metal Industries L.L.C. | 1.06% |
Assessment Rates
As part of this administrative review, Commerce will also calculate the AD it will assess on importers for entries of subject merchandise entered between Dec. 1, 2021, and Nov. 30, 2022. If these preliminary results are confirmed in the final results, importers of subject merchandise exported by Conares and Universal would be assessed AD at importer-specific rates. Importers of subject merchandise from the other three companies under review would be assessed AD duties at the rates listed above.
(The period of review is 12/01/21 - 11/30/22. See the notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
