The notice followed an Oct. 30 complaint by Samsung Display Co. alleging Chinese manufacturer BOE Technology Group and its subsidiaries misappropriated Samsung's trade secrets and unfairly imported organic LED displays designed with those secrets.

Samsung asked the ITC for a permanent limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against BOE and its affiliates.
