The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:
Pirelli Tyre Co., Ltd., Pirelli Tyre S.P.A., Pirelli Tire LLC, challenging a June CIT decision upholding the Commerce Department's remand results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China, covering entries in 2017-18. #23-2266.
