Sector. The committee recommended dismissal of the application, said a Wednesday notice by the Office of International Affairs. The FCC asked for a response by July 28. “In your letter, state whether you intend to pursue the application and if so, indicate when you will provide the Committee with the information it has requested,” the notice said: “If you do not respond to this letter, the above referenced application will be dismissed without prejudice pursuant to the Commission’s rules.” The company didn’t comment.
