Canada for lack of jurisdiction. Per the notice of appeal, J.D. Irving will take its case to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In the trade court's opinion, Judge Timothy Reif said that the court did not have jurisdiction under Section 1581(i) since jurisdiction would have been available under Section 1581(c) (J.D. Irving v. United States, CIT # 21-00641).
