Section 337 investigations involving patent and trademark infringement. Moore has served at the USPTO since 2012 and, before that, worked as an investigative attorney in the ITC's Office of Unfair Import Investigations. Law360 said Moore is about to become the first Black person to hold an ALJ position in the ITC's history.
