Ajmal Steel Tubes & Pipes Industries LLC, challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular carbon-quality steel pipe from the United Arab Emirates, covering entries in 2018-2019. #21-00587. Filed Nov. 17.

Rimco Inc., challenging Commerce's final results in the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on steel wheels 12 to 16.5 inches in diameter from China, covering entries from 2019. #21-00588. Filed Nov. 18.

Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:

Acquisition 362, LLC, challenging a Sept. 20 CIT decision dismissing its case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction due to the lack of a valid protest. The decision held that the 180-day deadline for CBP protests runs from the date of liquidation, rather than the date CBP received updated assessment instructions from Commerce. #22-1161. Filed Nov. 17.
