Softwood Lumber from Canada (A-122-857/C-122-858). Valley Cedar 2 Inc., requesting a scope ruling that its Western red cedar shingles are not covered by AD/CV duties. Filed Oct. 15.
Metal Lockers from China (A-570-133/C-570-144). Hornady Manufacturing Co., seeking scope rulings that its floor-standing "Titan" and "Ready" gun vaults are not subject to AD/CV duties. Filed Oct. 14-15.
Stainless Steel Sheet and Strip from China (A-570-042/C-570-043). Hans-Mill Corporation, asking that Commerce issue a scope ruling finding its semi-finished trash cans are excluded from AD/CV duties. Filed Oct. 12.
Wood Mouldings and Millwork from China (A-570-117/C-570-118). Boise Cascade Company, requesting a scope ruling that its solid sawn wood planking is not covered by AD/CV duties. Filed Oct. 8.
Vertical Shaft Engines Between 99cc and Up To 225cc from China (A-570-124/C-570-125). FNA Group, Inc., seeking a scope ruling that its dual piston engine is not covered by AD/CV duties. Filed Sept. 27.
